Courtney brings a wealth of experience, a heart for mission-driven work, and the kind of passion that will help Jonathan’s Path grow in both reach and impact. As we continue working toward our mission of supporting teens in foster care and those aging out, her leadership will play a vital role in ensuring our programs remain strong, sustainable, and ready to meet the needs of every young person we serve.
Courtney is a natural connector and strategist. She understands that development is not just about fundraising—it’s about building lasting relationships, creating trust, and aligning people’s generosity with meaningful opportunities to make a difference. With her leadership, we’re excited to strengthen our partnerships, expand our donor community, and create innovative ways for people to engage with Jonathan’s Path.
Her work will focus on:

Strategic Fundraising Growth – Designing and executing plans to support our long-term vision, including launching residential homes, expanding Path Line services, and fueling youth empowerment programs.

Donor Engagement & Stewardship – Building deeper connections with the people who make our mission possible.

Community Partnerships – Collaborating with businesses, churches, civic groups, and individual supporters to grow awareness and impact across Tennessee and beyond.
