The Path Line is here for youth in foster care or currently participating in the Extension of Foster Care (EFC) program, ages 13–25, across Middle Tennessee. We recognize the gaps in care and services—and we’re here to fill them!

Jonathan’s Path is an active 501(c)(3) organization with the goal to give Middle Tennessee youths (12+) currently in or aging out of foster care a chance to dream, a path to walk down and a place to call home.
