JP Office Super Star
Description:
Behind every successful mission is a navigator who keeps the path clear! Path Office Navigators help with the day-to-day heartbeat of Jonathan’s Path—preparing mailings for donors and youth, organizing supplies, maintaining volunteer sign-in sheets, entering data into spreadsheets or Salesforce, and helping coordinate communications for events and programs. You might help with data entry for youth needs, send out thank-you notes, or manage volunteer sign-ups for an upcoming Sunday Dinner. Every hour spent helps our team stay focused on supporting teens in foster care and those aging out.
Time Commitment / Skills Needed:
2–4 hours per week, flexible daytime hours (M–F). Great for organized, dependable volunteers who enjoy multitasking, light office work, and communication. Basic computer and Google Workspace skills preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.
Birthday Captain Coordinator
Description:
Bring birthdays to life for our amazing youth! Birthday Joy Makers help coordinate and deliver birthday celebrations for teens in foster care and young adults transitioning to independence. You might pick up a cake or gift card, decorate a space, drop off a surprise birthday box, or hand-deliver a personalized gift from our Amazon Wish List. Some volunteers choose to sponsor a birthday, while others help assemble decorations and coordinate schedules with staff. Every party—big or small—reminds our youth that their life and story matter.
Time Commitment / Skills Needed:
1–3 hours per birthday celebration (monthly or as needed). Perfect for creative, joyful volunteers who love planning, shopping, or decorating. Must have reliable transportation if delivering items. Great for individuals or families wanting to serve together.
Bright Soles Bash – Silent Auction Event Crew
Description:
Be the magic behind the Bright Soles Bash silent auction! You’ll help secure donated items, organize and package baskets, and manage displays at the event. From coordinating volunteers to assisting guests with mobile bidding, this role ensures the auction runs smoothly and raises vital funds for youth in foster care.
Time Commitment / Skills Needed:
Flexible hours to identify and confirm silent auction items 1-2 hours week, pre-event prep and event-day support. Great for organized, outgoing volunteers who enjoy teamwork, communication, and attention to detail. Basic tech skills and a passion for events are a plus!
