FRANKLIN, TN – 2.17.2025 – Jonathan’s Path is proud to announce the appointment of Juleesia Santiago-Karim as the organization’s new Program Director. With extensive experience in the nonprofit sector and a deep passion for supporting youth in foster care and those transitioning to independent living, Santiago-Karim is set to make a lasting impact on the lives of the young people Jonathan’s Path serves.

As Program Director, Santiago-Karim will support program development, youth engagement, volunteer management, and fundraising efforts, ensuring that Jonathan’s Path continues to grow as a leading resource for teens navigating the transition out of foster care. She will play a critical role in strengthening partnerships, expanding funding opportunities, and enhancing the organization’s ability to provide meaningful support to youth in Middle Tennessee.

Santiago-Karim brings a wealth of knowledge in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and program development. Her expertise in building community partnerships, securing funding, and mentoring youth will strengthen Jonathan’s Path’s mission and vision for the future.

Originally from The Bronx, NY, Santiago-Karim now calls Middle Tennessee home, where she lives with her husband, Adnan Karim, MPA, and their 18-month-old son, Mateo. Outside of her work, she is an avid reader and traveler, always eager to explore new perspectives and cultures.

Jonathan’s Path has been recognized as a leader in supporting foster youth and young adults, receiving the Governor’s Excellence Award for Non-Profits in Middle Tennessee in 2024. The organization continues to grow its impact, ensuring that no young person ages out of the foster care system without support.
